Quality. Clarity. Distinction.

I have to be honest, choosing a tagline that represents who I am, want to be, and my career as a whole was not an easy task. How do I sum up everything I aspire to be for my clients? How do I say in just one sentence what I want people to know about me? I recently released my brand new logo, as you can see we purposefully chose a diamond and therefore wanted to play on that with my tagline. Quality. Clarity. Distinction. So what does it mean?

Quality: I think we all have certain products we’ll use for life, why? We do this because again and again it has proved to be valuable and reliable. As a quality Realtor® I desired to be that for my clients. To be known for exceptional service, tried and true that every time they use me or refer me they know exactly what they’ll be getting. I often tell my clients that I will advise them the way I would my own family. To me quality means that I genuinely care and have their best interest at heart.

Clarity: The real estate industry is full of unknowns, complicated processes and tricky clauses. I personally value honesty and therefore pride myself in being clear and concise with my clients. When we begin the journey of buying or selling a property I want my clients to know what is happening every step of the way. I give them feedback on showings, offer my personal and professional opinion, and answer any questions that may come up about the entire process.

Distinction: Grande Prairie has over 260 Realtors® and related industry members, how does someone stand out in a crowd so large? My entire career I have wrestled with this, trying to figure out what can make me stand out and then one day, as cliché as it sounds, I realized what makes me different is me. Prior to being a Realtor® I was involved in the building industry which has helped me more than I ever thought it would. Being familiar with the industry I can look not only at the home aesthetically but also structurally, resale value, and the floor plan as a whole. I am familiar with the builders in the area, the work they do, and the service they offer their buyers. On the other side, I have personally sold numerous times. Before fulfilling my real estate dreams my husband and I moved frequently. I know the stress, the boxes everywhere, and wondering why I would ever put myself through this. The firsthand experience I have not only with the building side but being a home buyer and seller allows me to relate with each client I have and offer a different perspective than most.
