CIBC posts higher mortgage rates as of July 2011

Here are the new rates:

1 year closed = 3.6% up .10%

2 year closed = 3.95% up .10%

3 year closed = 4.45% up .15%

4 year closed = 5.14% up .15%

5 year closed = 5.54% up .15%

If you are serious about buying a new home, get your pre-approval done now.  The lowest rate is good for 120 days.  Don't be left out!
