Here's another construction update, and probably the final one, considering that the FLY Condos in downtown Toronto, at 352 Front Street West, are almost ready for occupancy. The photos at the end of this blog were taken on September 1, 2013, earlier in the morning. You can also sit back and watch the video.
FLY condos is an interesting building, considering it's unique location. It is just not another building in downtown Toronto. It is, to my knowledge, the only building that backs on to a park, yes a historic park in downtown Toronto, and is walking distance to Rogers Centre (formerly Skydome), CN Tower and the new Ripley's Aquarium of Canda. Located in the Entertainment District, close to King West, Financial District and many other interesting neighbourhoods of downtown Toronto. With commercial units at the street level and the right balance of desirable amenities, FLY Condos is a building that anyone would seriously consider calling home. It is a well priced building for anyone to be able to buy in it. And if affordability is an issue, then rent to own should certainly be considered. Find out more about this building, and if you have difficulty getting floor plans or availability information, then certainly contact me and I will surely help.
Listed below are links to some of my previous blogs and below that, the photos that I took today. For your convenience, I have labelled the photos so you'll know what exactly you are looking at. For more, please visit my Facebook Page
