MANDATORY INFORMATION FOR NEW TENANTS

The Residential Tenancies Act requires all Landlords to provide the form "Information for New Tenants" on or before the date the new tenant takes possession of the rental facility.  Most of our Landlord/Clients are probably not aware of this regulation, and if they are, they may not know how or where to access the form.  When dealing with Tenants and/or Landlords, we should make it part of our service to inform our clients about this document.  You can download copies of the form by visiting the Landlord and Tenant Board's website at www.LTB.gov.on.ca.
