According to the June 2018 News report published by the Ottawa Real Estate Board:
This past June residential condominium sales reported by the Ottawa Real Estate Board increased by 11.5% in comparison to June 2017.
The increase in condo sales has been a continuing trend since the beginning of the year with an increase of 16.8% in comparison to the first six months of last year.
