Hilary joined Century 21 Advantage in 1998 and has been building her business through repeat clients and customer referrals. In order to do this it is very important that her clients are completely satisfied with her level of service not just during the sale but after as well. Hilary's goal is to make the selling and buying experience a positive one with as little stress as possible.
Having a family owned contracting business for 30 years has given Hilary a good understanding of the "overall construction" of a home. Hilary specializes in residential, condominiums and small acreages and would love to help you through the buying and selling process.

Education
I graduated Parkstreet Collegiate Highschool in Orillia Ontario and married my sweetheart (still married after 35 years) I guess you could say that most of my education came thru life experience. I have really continued my education since becoming a Realtor 10 years ago and enjoy taking classes to increase my real estate knowledge.
Professional Background
Helping to run a family owned construction company for over 30 years has given me a wealth of knowledge in the home building process . Moving into the Real Estate Business was a natural progression for me.
Professional Interests
Keeping myself up to date with all the new tech information is quite the challenge but one I'm willing to take on. Clients call me all excited about properties they have seen on line, they are so much more educated these days it is my responsibility to keep on my toes.
I have belonged to a local business group called "Red Deer Leads Association" which is made up of business people from all types of businesses. One representative per categories (example: one realtor, one lawyer) We meet twice a month for a lunch meeting and exchange direct leads to help increase our business.
Personal Background
I grew up in a large family with 5 brothers and sisters in Parry Sound Ontarion. I met my husband in highschool and we have been married for 35 years. We moved to Alberta in 1977 and it has become our home. We have 3 girls, 2 son in laws and 5 grandchildren ( life just keeps on getting better and better)
Personal Interests
John and I love to travel when possible, we like to ride on his motorcycle with our friends and have backyard bbqs with our extended family. I love to golf with my friends at the Riverbend ladies league and enjoy date night with my husband at the Red Deer Rebels games.
