Professional Background
First off, I have been in sales all my life! I love people! Customer service is extremely important to me and always will be! It's one service I offer that helped me land (no pun intended!) some high profile jobs at Air Ontario!
The experience I gained from working at Air Ontario for 13 years has helped me out immensely! From the Marketing side of Inside Sales where I promoted the Airline and helped Travel Agents to Customer Relations where I helped travellers relocate lost luggage and handle compaints. I have managed a few retail stores, and as a student supervised at a major department store. All of the positions I have ever held I got because I showed a great deal of responsibility and professionalism. 11 years ago, while I was a stay at home Mom, I started my own business called Mickey Madisons featuring whimsical jewellery at reasonable prices. It is with great pride that I can say I am still selling for this business as well as selling real estate. My customers are the best and without them my business would not have survived. From my first job to my present job, nothing has changed, I still enjoy dishing out the same amount of quality customer service to all my Clients.
