Not sure what to say about 16 Waterloo Ave listed for 219000. It is a small, unique home with a very disjointed floor plan. The main floor has a living room, kitchen, sunroom, office (bedoom) and walk through bathroom. Upstairs is a loft style bedroom, small 3 pc bathroom with a door leading to a small office area . It has a small driveway that would fit one car.. Cute backyard with shed that has hydro.
79-81 Oxford listed at 649900 is a side by side duplex in the hear of guelph offering high ceilings, wood floors, large trim and old world charm. The three bedroom owner occupied unit has a large living room with fireplace, a huge formal dining room and updated kitchen. Upstairs are three large bedrooms with surprising large closets. The bathroom has been updated and features a clawfoot tub and walk in shower. Next door is another very similar unit but not as nicely finished. Kitchen has not been updated. It is your typical 3 bedroom family home floor plan with living room.dining room/kitchen on main floor and 3 fair sized bedrooms and a refinished bathroom upstairs. Great for a young family!
7 Kensington listed at 327900 is well done and neturally decorated. This area has been commanding some higher prices for these 3 bedroom bungalows however this one is probably priced slightly high. It features wood floors in living room and bedrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous, cherry cupboards, dark countertops, stainless steel appliances and ceramic flooring but it there is no eating area. There is a walk in pantry for extra storage. The drawback of this house is the small bathroom upstairs (although it is well updated) and small closets in the bedrooms. The basement is fully finished and features a rec room, another bedroom and full bathroom. It has a nice lot 53x112. Definitely move in ready.
103 Hadati listed at 219900 is a 4 bedroom semi. It needs some cleaning up but features 4 bedrooms upstairs and an updated bathroom. The bedrooms are a bit small. The carpet needs to be replaced upstairs upstairs and the painting needs to be redone. I think the owner did alot of the updating in this house. The basement is finished and features a rec room, and laundry room. Possiblity of a play room down here as well. The main floor has a large eat in kitchen and dining room opening up to backyard.
56-16 Hadati is a 4 bedroom condo townhouse listed at 184900. It is an end unit right next to visitor parking. Laminate flooring in the living room. There is a large eat in kitchen. Upstairs features 4 bedrooms and full bathroom. Carpeting is in good shape. The basement is fully finished and has a rec room and second bathroom. The carpet needs to be replaced down here. Not bad value here with an totally renovated unit up for sale at 219900 and another down the road for 179900.
The last property we saw was 45 Winston listed at 299900. it is a bungalow on a great lot but the house itself hasn't seen an update in a long time. It is essentially a two bedroom home 1 1/2 bathroom with a large living room, separate dining room, add on sun room and a very small kitchen from the early 70's. The upside is there is hardwood in the living and dining room and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. The lot is wonderful (92x123) and private but the exterior needs some cleaning and repairs, There is a single driveway plus a detached single car garage.
