A business that makes nothing but money is a poor business.
Said Henry Ford. That being said, I find it important to deal with people who want my business not my money and wanting your business mean wanting to deal with you on a human level. This doesn't mean that a business transaction should not be rewarding financially but it is more about getting to know the people you deal with . It's also about building a strong foundation for a long term relationship based on courtesy and respect after all money comes and goes but good relationships lasts.
