***WELCOME TO SAINT-RÉMI, AMHERST***
Characterized by three villages, the town of Amherst is
distinguished by its accessibility to many lakes, by its
forest that takes up a large percentage of the territory
and by the Maskinongé River that crosses the watershed from
north to south.
Saint-Rémi, a few km from Mont-Tremblant, is the
administrative center. Route 323 connects the Laurentians
to the Outaouais area.
The village of Rockway-Valley, south of Saint-Rémi, is a
group of villagers located at the crossroads of the
municipalities of Boileau and Huberdeau.
Vendée, in the north, a few miles from the Papineau-Labelle
Wildlife Reserve, offers an array of stores for the
vacationers in the the surrounding areas.
