Hello my name is Inderpal Singh and I am a real estate agent with Century 21. For over 35 years I have lived in Surrey BC and like to help people buy and sell homes throughout Surrey and the Lower Mainland. My focus is on getting the best deal available and make sure there is little stress in all of the transactions. As your Surrey real estate agent Inderpal will make sure that all transactions are smooth and as fast as possible.

I am more than just a Surrey real estate agent, that calls Surrey BC his home and wants to make sure that you find yours. The Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) is a cooperative marketing tool that allows buyers and sellers

access to the greatest number of properties for sale. In 2010, Fraser Valley REALTORS® sold over 6.6 billion dollars worth of real estate through the MLS®.

REALTOR .ca

The national website, REALTOR.ca, is an advertising vehicle for MLS® listings. Fraser Valley properties for sale through the MLS® are available at REALTOR.ca.

Each listing on REALTOR.ca features property details, up to ten pictures, links to video tours and contact information for the listing REALTOR® or their office.

Potential buyers are able to search for listings on REALTOR.ca based on criteria such as location, price, type of property, view and other features at their convenience and can contact a REALTOR® for more detailed information. Clients are pre-qualified and introduced to listed properties by a professional REALTOR®.

Fraser Valley Real Estate Board

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board is a professional association of nearly 3,000 REALTORS® who

live and work in the communities of North Delta, Surrey, White Rock, Langley City and Township,

Abbotsford and Mission.

REALTORS ® and Quality of Life

The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board has adopted the principles of Quality of Life, which provide a framework for the real estate profession’s government relations, community outreach and communications activities, helping build influence, credibility and trust.

Five principles form the foundation of the Quality of Life philosophy: ensuring economic vitality, providing housing opportunities, protecting property owners, building better communities and preserving our environment.

REALTORS® lobby government on behalf of property owners on issues such as reducing shelter taxes, allowing for capital gain tax roll overs for small investors who sell and plan to immediately reinvest in property, and successfully lobbied to create and improve the Home Buyers Plan.

REALTORS ® Giving Back

Fraser Valley REALTORS® have won national awards for their consumer advocacy roles in the areas of property rights, home ownership and affordability, including our most recent which was presented for our efforts to standardize the reporting and remediation of illegal drug operations in the Fraser Valley.

REALTORS® help police find missing people through the Realty Watch community crime-prevention program, collect blankets and warm clothing during their annual Blanket Drive and, in conjunction with the Real Estate Foundation of BC, established an endowment in sustainable development at Simon Fraser University – Surrey Campus.

REALTORS® and their brokerages are recognized each year for their work in their communities with the REALTORS® Make Good Neighbours awards. As well, the John Armeneau Professional of the Year award recognizes individuals who have made outstanding contributions to their profession.
