Relay For Easter Seal Camp Day a Huge Success

CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. would like to thank everyone who helped make the Easter Seal Saskatchewan Camp Day Relay such a success. Events were held in Regina and Saskatoon on Saturday, May 15, 2010 and raised over $76,000 for a great cause!

In Saskatoon, Innovation Place was the place to be with events available for the whole family. Little ones enjoyed a petting zoo, pony rides, face painting and were even entertained by a clown! For the older crowd, there were a number of other games and live performances plus a barbeque lunch to complete the event.

In Regina, participants gathered at the Lady Slipper Courtyard in Wascana Park. Entertainment was provided by “The Storm” who had the crowd showing off their moves in a dance competition. Other events included a balloon throwing contest, an egg race, face painting and a dinosaur jumping bag for the little ones. Everyone enjoyed all the fun activities and the barbeque held afterward.

CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty has held many other fundraising events for Easter Seals, including a casino night, steak night, and potlucks, just to name a few. Anyone who donated $10 or more to Easter Seals through CENTURY 21 Conexus had their name entered in a draw for a 2100 Travel Miles voucher, compliments of CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty and UNIGLOBE Action Travel. The lucky winners were:  Del and Lorette Ottenbreit in Regina and Kelly and Lindsey Lajeunesse in Saskatoon. Congratulations!
