Our main goal as your Strata Management company is to ensure that your Strata Corporation receives great guidance and advice. We assist your Strata Corporation in preserving a sound financial base and maintain the common property to the highest standards. We believe in careful long-term financial planning and sustaining a healthy balance in the Strata Corporation's contingency reserve fund with the aid of any available depreciation report or reserve fund study.

In addition, we believe that it is our responsibility to minimize the personal commitment of teach Council member without reducing Council's awareness of the ongoing administration of the development.
