Spring buyers and sellers emerge in the Greater Vancouver housing market! April proved to be another strong month as home buyers and sellers became more active.
Sales in April were up by 16.1% compared to April 2013, and 15.5% compared to March 2014.
More good news for both buyers and sellers across Greater Vancouver was the the sales-to-active-listings ratio currently sits at 19.7%, which is the highest this measure has been since June 2011.
