My wife Heather and I just got back from Century 21 Canada's Chairmans Circle meeting (top 30 Century 21 Canada offices) held in Fort Lauderdale FL. We stayed at the Atlantic Hotel (fantastic hotel, great rooms and 1st class service). Where we discussed what the North Amercica real estate markets are doing.
