Finally New Westminster will be getting the waterfront facelift They've been promissed for a long time. Federal money is enroute for the already planned park next to the Quay along the Fraser River.

I had the opportunity to see first hand the quality construction of Intracorp's Vista Place in North Vancouver last week. Even in just 500sf the floor plans are functional and the finishing are beyond my original expectations when comparing them to other newly completed buildings in the area.
So needless to say it was great news to see the 30 day completion notice come from the developer yesterday. ...
