Are interest rates on the rise? Today we have just heard that rates are starting to move up from our lenders. They are not saying for how long nor will they comment if there will be another increase. My thought is that they can not continue to stay this low for that much longer. So get your rate gaurantee and get buying!

My wife Heather and I just got back from Century 21 Canada's Chairmans Circle meeting (top 30 Century 21 Canada offices) held in Fort Lauderdale FL. We stayed at the Atlantic Hotel (fantastic hotel, great rooms and 1st class service). Where we discussed what the North Amercica real estate markets are doing. They brought in Steve Murray with RealTrends, who discussed the hard numbers. ...
