Coal Harbour

Coal Harbour is at the northern edge of Downtown Vancouver fronting Burrard Inlet, which at one time was a place for waterfront industry, and the Canadian Pacific Railroad. This area has undergone a comprehensive redevelopment, since the past boasting a mixed use, high density neighbourhood of fabulous liveability and amenity. This has caused a neighbourhood with high-rise density, residential, with enhanced pedestrian amenity.
