This October was a very busy month for the Downtown Real Estate Market. With a sales ratio of 22% this places Downtown Vancouver’s Real Estate Market in a Sellers Market.
The most active price range was under $300,000 with an average of 37% of properties selling and $400,001 to $500,000 with an average of 33% of properties selling.
All but one of downtown’s neighbourhoods was in a Sellers Market in October:
Downtown had 21% of listed properties selling
The Westend had 25% of listed properties selling
Yaletown had 31% of listed properties selling
If you are a Buyer looking to purchase a condo or townhouse in Downtown Vancouver Coal Harbour was your best bet which came in as a Buyers Market this past month with only 7% of listed properties selling.
