Get a jump on the spring market
It was like a switch was flicked at the beginning of Feb/09. Buyers started calling on listings and buying! Sales were and are up over 50% on Jan/09 numbers.
Is this an indication that we are going to see a strong spring market? With the spring buying months around the corner, there are very strong signs that it will be a busy one!
If you have been thinking about buying Vancouver Real Estate in the spring then now is the time to get a jump on that spring market. You can negotiate prices down some 5% to 10% and come out with that great deal before the other buyers get moving!
