In March the official market type for Condos in North Vancouver was a BALANCED MARKET at a 18% Sales Ratio average.
North Vancouver condos and townhomes are selling on average 1% below their list price.
The most active price band in March was $600,000 to $700,000 with an average 24% sales ratio…this is a Sellers Market!
If you are selling your best chance is in Lynnmour, Upper Lonsdale and 3 bedroom properties.
If you are a buyer your best bet is a homes priced between $700,000 to $900,000 in Hamilton, Pemberton and Seymour and 2 bedroom properties.
