Hello all my happy house hunters! Marvin Gardens here with another good report on my weekend open house! This paticular one was a Luxury Townhouse in Coal Harbour overlooking the gorgeous Stanely Park and Rowing Club. Talk about hot! This place has it all! It also got the response you would expect for a fairly priced Luxury Townhouse. I have to be honest, there were a few "looky lues" but there was enough serious lookers with and without REALTORS® ultra busy playing catch up! This is a great time for buyers and seller!
