Sales and listings number on the rise in the Greater Vancouver Real Estate market
Exciting real estate sales number were recorded in September for the Greater Vancouver area.
Sales number remain high - in fact they were the second highest on record for a September period.
Sales are rising and so are the number of listings. More than ever, Vancouver presents as a unique market, compared to an "urban resort" where confident buyers are ready to invest.
It is a timely decision to do it now - while mortgage rates are so advantageous.
The Bank of Canada promises to keep those interest rates at a record low - but only til June 2010.
