I had a Buyer contact me to go check out 3333 Main St (Located at on the corner of 18th and Main St) last Wednesday. I do a fair amount of business in Mount Pleasant and frequent the neighbourhood so I thought to myself, how could I have missed the launch of this new development? I had to go check it out, almost immediately. My client had been in earlier in the week so I had a list of units to review, floor plans to analyze and questions to ask. The sales center opened at 12 pm on Thursday, so there I was at 11:59 am eagerly waiting at the door for the sales associate to let me in.
I was pleasantly surprised by what I found.

Full sized stainless steel appliances, wine racks, a wet bar, and even a cozy fireplace. Oh yes, and I can't forget to mention the 9 foot ceilings, this makes any space feel larger, and I absolutely love this about units.
The development is being built with green technology in mind - owners pay nothing for hot water usage as it is heated by a highly efficient hot water system that utilizes several solar powered panels on the roof of the building. Do you like to garden? The developer has incorporated garden plots for many of the owners.
The development may not have a ton of amenities, but the neighbourhood does! Residents will enjoy easy access to the best in the community’s growing list of things to do. With numerous boutiques, antique and design stores, and diverse groceries, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance, 3333 Main will encompass everything that locals love about the vibrant neighbourhood.
Located along the hip Main Street corridor, 3333 Main is uniquely situated at the plateau of Main Street and so many of the suites will offer killer views of the city and North Shore mountains.
So whats left to tell you about? Oh yes $$$$. Strata fees are low, approximately 24 cents a square foot. Prices of each condo/ townhome within the development are extremely sharp.
