The Vancouver House has garnered plenty of interest in recent months with their art exhibit styled presentation center, theatre and TV adverts, rare for a pre-selling real estate project and unique architectural design soon to dominate the Vancouver skyline. But it also brings with it, a re-imagined area dubbed 'The Beach District'.
Coming in 2017/2018 expect to see a new urban village in our midsts, dedicated to culture and the arts, the underside of the Granville Bridge will be lit up with art displays from students of the Emily Carr University and a giant chandelier will lower at 9pm to add glitz and glamour to the area. Also in the plans are a whole new lifestyle space with restaurants, cafes and retail stores to cater to the needs of the new residents of the proposed project and visitors alike.
The area is identified as along Beach Avenue under the Granville Bridge and the surrounding block where the development will occur.
