The Erikson by Arthur Erikson- New luxury tower in Yaletown-1500 Homer Mews

I was walking past the Erikson today on the seawall. It’s looking fantastic! Appears to be coming up completion soon, by the end of the month perhaps.  For those who don’t know, The Erickson is a new luxury condominium development created by architect Arthur Erickson and Vancouver developer Concord Pacific. The design has concrete steel trussing and a curving shape with glass on all sides. There are 18 floors in the tower, 3 units per floor, each one with it’s own balcony and OR terrace. Fabulous townhomes surround the waterfront sides of the building, each one equipped with breathtaking views of False Creek. Tower suites have elevator doors that open into a grand foyer with floor-to-ceiling windows. The Erickson also has fiber-optic technology, security and amenities including a 24-hour concierge and a fitness facility including a pool and underwater sound system. The prices for ground-level townhomes and tower suites are priced from approximately $1.6 million to $4 million and up. The Erikson is the definition of Living in Luxury!
