The new Census figures are out, and it comes as no surprise to me that western Canada is growing faster than any other part of the country. Most of the people coming to BC are choosing the Lower Mainland. That means more demand for housing. Good news for homeowners and investors. Like Mark Twain said; "Buy land, they're not making it anymore."

My personal recommendation lies closer to home.

There are a couple of new listings that I'd like to mention. At  2015 Haro, you'll find an 892 sq ft gem, right beside Lost Lagoon. This large one bedroom co-op apartment shouldn't last long.

Also, at 1845 Robson, a very unique 2 level penthouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and views! This one is definitely worth a look!
