Vancouver Real Estate Values Edge Higher in April

There are signs of real estate recovery in the Lower Mainland.  The average price for a typical home (detached, attached, or condo) rose about $9,000 in April with almost 3,000 units being sold.  There is a much greater balance between listings and sales, as well.  Fewer properties are being listed this year to date, while investor interest continues to grow.  Happily, even with a reduced number of new listings there seems to be an abundant selection for today's interested home purchasers.  It is a great time to organize mortgage funds "just in case" something should catch your eye.  If you have any questions about mortgage rates or would like any assistance with real estate in today's market, please e-mail me at or call at 778 233 9694.  I'm always available.  Sincerely, George Rust,  Century 21 In Town Realty.
