Vancouvers Coal Harbour - Activity Continues

The Coal Harbour real estate market is continuing to generate some great activity for early 2012.  We just completed the sale late last night of our listing at the Carina - 1233 W Cordova.  An beautiful home with forever north and north east views.  Hardly lived in.  Excellent move in condition.  Sold within a month of hitting the market.  Note here is - we have been involved in 4 properties in the last month - either buying or selling - that are in perfect condition.  All waterfront homes - this could be a sign of the times.  Homes that were not being used on a regular basis are being deemed surplus and these owners are reviewing their property portfolios and seeing - as most believe - the Vancouver real estate market is more than likely at a peak.  Not to say prices will fall in dramatic fashion but the days of terrific gains in the short term - are more than likely over.
