Maryhill is a small town in the Township of Woolwich, close to Guelph. One main landmark in this town is Maryhill's Roman Catholic Church, built in the late 1870's, that can be seen from miles around. Directly across the street is the towns Catholic high school which had been built in the same era as the church. A couple of other attractions in this area would be Maryhill Inn, a bed and breakfast with quaint themed rooms, as well as the Commercial Tavern, a country music bar with a beautiful ornate copper ceiling.
