Education
Since completing her Real Estate Agent's Course in October 2002, Jackie has taken the following courses to futher her knowledge of Real Estate and Property Management: Transaction Brokerage and Designated Agency, Risk Reduction, Mortgage Fraud Awareness, Ethical Practice in Real Estate, Professional Responsibility, Legislative Updates, Environmental Issues, and more.
She currently takes care of leases, showings, legalities, and various other management duties as well as secretarial duties for Century 21 Power Realty Ltd. Jackie has extensive administrative training including an Office Assistant Certificate, Legal Assistant Diploma, FOIP (Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy) training in addition to her Real Estate License.

Her team manages rental agreements, collects rents in trust, and pays necessary operational expenses on behalf of the property owners. They also arrange for a wide variety of services including security, subcontractors, garbage, maintenance, janitorial, and more. Her team has a general goal of maximizing revenue and controlling costs to maintain a stabilized cash flow. The result is an increased return on capital (capitalization rate).
