Typically, sometime around the spring equinox, I reset my goals to prepare for the spring market. Yesterday was the autumn equinox, and on the North Island, we experience a second, although smaller, resurgence in the market. It's been a very busy year thus far, and if you'd like to discuss the market for your property or area of interest, give me a call.
This year, I've also found myself reflective of my career in real estate. I suppose that's partly in anticipation of the rejuvenation I know I will experience after attending the CENTURY 21 Canada Conference in PEI at the beginning of October. I always learn new things, and gain positive energy and encouragement from fellow C21ers! I am very proud to be part of the very inclusive group of individuals that comprise the management, owners and sales representatives that make up the CENTURY 21 sales team. I also attend the International Convention most years, and witness the strength of the CENTURY 21 System by meeting owners and sales agents from all parts of the globe. My clients also come from virtually every continent! It's one of the things I enjoy most about my career - meeting people from different parts of Canada, different nationalities, different backgrounds and different cultures. It feels like the 'cultural mosaic' that makes me a proud Canadian.
