with interest rates still low and prices seeming to have bottomed out, now is the time for investment buyers to buy! Good rental properties are still very much in demand in the Red Deer market and rents have remained steady. Right now there are excellent investment properties (or first time buyers ) in the $150,000 to $225,000 range. Don't wait to long or you may miss this perfect market

Homes are selling quickly under $300,000 some of them in multiple offer situations, in the last few weeks. Although most of the sales have been in newer homes, well priced older properties are selling as well as the demand is there for the larger mature lots.
Buyers if you have been waiting for the bottom of the market in this price range you may of missed it!

Why is it in a buyers market, buyers are reluctant to buy? And in a sellers market when it was the most difficult time to buy value in Real Estate they were buying like crazy!
