Recently, a few condo homeowners have asked me about the price trends of resale condos in Markham, as they've seen lots of agent showings in the past few months. It seems to them that the demands for condo are increasing. They are right: in York region, the number of condo apartment sales in Q2 2016 increased 18.2% since Q2 2015. Average prices are also up in Q2 2016 at $390,038, compared to $375,209 in Q2 2015.
