Unionville top the list at 290 sales. Being the largest TREB community in Markham, Unionville reported 290 sales in Q2 2016. 110 of the sales are for detached home with an average price of $1.708 mil. 145 condo apartments were sold for an average price of $377,000.

Which Markham neighborhood has the most expensive homes?

The average sale price of homes in Devil’s Elbow, is $3.47 Mil with 12 homes sold in Q2 2016, average days on market was 22 days.
