Professional Background
I have a farming backround, as well as oilfield, and also construction. I was raised on the farm and that is where I learned my construction backround. It gave me the skills and know how to use all the tools in the business. I then left home and started in construction. I did everything from framing houses, to pouring and setting up basements to roofing. So when I decided to become a real estate agent i knew i would have the upper hand in the business as I know the products that are being sold and offer my professional opinion on any questions that you have. Personal Interests
My favorite thing to do when I am not working is play hockey. I play on a few different teams and play year round. A short second after hockey is going quading. I got into quads in 2008 and never looked back. In my opinion it is the funnest thing to do on 4 wheels (sometimes two). Me and girlfriend and my son all have quads and as soon as my daughter is old enough she will have one as well.
Personal Background
I grew up near a small town named Bengough on a farm by highway 13. I very much loved being on the farm and attribute my successes to my farming backround. I moved to Regina in 2005 where i purchased my first house. I then asked my girlfriend and son to move in with me. I still live in that house and have since added a new addition to the family. I Love being in Regina, it has so many opportunities and everything is so close and easy to access. It is like a big town, Not too big and not too small.
Professional Interests
My main interest in in real estate. I have loved building and fixing houses since i was a kid. Even then i had a passion for viewing houses, and seeing the different ideas, and design and thought that was going into these houses. I am just glad that i can put that knowledge to use.
Outside of real estate I enjoy many sports and also family time. I am currently playing on a couple of different hockey teams in Regina and would have to say is my favorite sport. In the summer I play soft ball and enjoy it very much. I also like Quading in the summer time and skidooing in the winter time. For the summer time me and my girlfriend like to go quading and hit up the odd mud derby. Then in the wintertime when lots of people are in their houses sitting in front of the fireplace, we are out playing in the snow and skidooing and tobogganing. I think it is very important to stay active and that is exactly what i do.
Education
I completed my GED in 2003. It was the best thing i could have done.
2009- I completed phase 1 of the real estate course in March
2009- I completed phase 2 of the real estate course in April
2009- I completed the building for success course in July (this is also real estate related)
2010- I completed The Mark Leader Realestste course
