The weather belies the actual market behaviour. An increasing number of people are coming out of hibernation and into open houses. Inventory levels from sellers are not keeping pace with the demand from buyers.
We are in dire need of more homes to sell. Sellers have an opportunity now, right now, to grab the attention of highly motivated buyers. Focussing on properties in the $1M-2M it is time to come to market. Ground hog day could be the beginning of a beautiful thing.
