Economic activity in Canada inched ahead by 0.1 per cent in November, as growth remained modest through the autumn, Statistics Canada said Thursday.
Economists had been looking for growth of 0.2 per cent for the month.
The economy grew by 0.2 per cent in October, and by 0.1 per cent in September.

For those of us that remember a young man by the name of Grant DePatie then this Friday February 1,2008 is a welcome date. Grant was a gas station attendant in Maple Ridge,BC. During a "gas and dash" he tried to stop the thieves only to lose his life in the process. Well, when I first read the news I have to admit I was quite upset. The thought of people being trapped in a burning building just was too horrific of a thought. Recently, Kelowna's Gospel Mission has implemented a new club called 30K. This club essentially is a $30 a month sponsorship through Kelowna Gospel Mission to support the homeless through transitional housing and making it as affordable as possible.
