This year's 50th anniversary of Rutland May Days will run from May 15 to May 18 in Centennial Park.
Event's include: All-Star Wrestling, Bull Riding Championships, Karaoke, Youth Dances and an Amusement Park.
Daily admission to various events is $2. Breakfast will be served every morning from 8am.

The Province of B.C. and the City of Kelowna recently announced a $23.5 million partnership project to widen Highway 33 to four lanes between Muir Road and Gallagher Road. The stretch of road to be widened is approximately 4.2 km long and is scheduled to begin this coming summer and to be completed by the Fall of 2010.
