A must experience for families visiting the North Okanagan is Davison Orchards. There is so much to see at the Davison Farm whether it is the petting zoo, new play areas, tractor rides, pumpkin patches or their store full of novelty and food items. Their freshly baked goods are heavenly especially their deep dish apple pie, absolutely amazing!

There was much debate and even a vote as to what to name the former "Westside", "Wetsbank" of Kelowna and as a result the name "District of West Kelowna" was approved by the voting public! One thing that is still missing is a logo for the Okanagan's and BC's newest municipality. West Kelowna council now has a working logo (See Above Conceptual Logo) ...

With yet another recent snowfall, golf courses all around the Okanagan Valley have been forced to delay their scheduled openings. There is still a fair amount of snow laying on the ground and the winter thaw has yet to really begin.
