Kelowna and area residents are getting ready to celebrate Canada Day this coming Thursday, July 1,2010.
In response to anticipated heavier downtown traffic Kelowna Regional Transit will run additional bus services starting 1/2 hour after the completion of the fireworks from the Queensway bus station.

Inventory levels continue to rise in the Central Okanagan real estate market. The inventory level increases for each month from 2009 to 2010 are as follows:
January 2010 = 15.50% February 2010 = 23.65% March 2010 = 27.29%

Recently, the District of West Kelowna approved free yard and waste cart upgrades to any residents who want them.
