Kelowna driver angry over the damage to car by large pothole.
Earlier this month I posted a story about a massive pothole (Now that is one large pothole even by Kelowna standards.) that was causing all kind of damage to vehicles. One of the drivers that had some pretty significant damage to her car as a result of this pothole decided to submit her bill to The Ministry of Highways. The Ministry then ultimately forwarded it to Argo the company responsible for maintaining Kelowna's roadways. This poor lady has been given the royal runaround and looks to be $700 out of pocket for something that really is not her fault in the least!
Please read the latest updated Castanet Story for more details on what Kelowna driver Marilyn Marsh has done and been told by the various authorities. It is really too bad when good people minding their own business get the short end of the stick.
Sincerely,
