Personal Background

Born and raised in the small town of Tisdale, Saskatchewan, Tisdale gave me a great place to grow up and receive my schooling along with many of the values I still honor today.

In 1989 I moved to Saskatoon where worked in the sales field for 6 years and in January 1995 I obtained my Real Estate licence through the Association of Saskatchewan REALTORS®. From 1995 to 2004 I sold Real Estate in Saskatoon and area and during that time I received annual awards from CENTURY 21 Canada for production and homes sold.  In 2004 I moved into the Broker/Manager position where I managed the CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty Ltd. office until 2011. During those years I had the privilege of being a member of the management team that operated the #1 CENTURY 21 Canada's franchise for production (2004-2010) and homes sold (1995-2010).

One of my greatest achievements during my management years was our companies involvement with Easter Seals Canada and our fundraised efforts. In 2010 CENTURY 21 Conexus Realty Ltd achieved the 1 million dollar mark. It was shortly after that the locate chapter of Easter Seals Canada, Saskatchewan Abilities Council, presented our company with a National Philanthropy Award.

In July 2011 after some changes to the CENTURY 21 franchise here in Saskatoon I returned to the sales field and am currently selling Real Estate in Saskatoon and area.

Deliver a high level of service, care and diligence.  Inform clients of current market trends and the process of buying or selling which empowers the client to make quality and educated decisions on one of the largest investment of their lives.  All this is done with a no pressure, client first approach.

Understanding the Business

Over the years a lot has changed in the Saskatoon Real Estate industry, most importantly the needs from the consumer. REALTORS® have changed from being the controllers of Real Estate information to supplier of Real Estate information. The Internet has allowed you the consumer, an avenue to explore the Saskatoon Real Estate market from the comfort of your own computer without the pressure of the Real Estate sales person.

The REALTOR® is playing a different role in today's Real Estate market. Knowledge of the Real Estate market, the Real Estate market trends, local economy and data interpretation is a major role of today's Real Estate agent.

That is where I come in, I have been in the Real Estate industry since 1995. Over those years I have sold Real Estate and managed/brokered a Real Estate office. Experience and knowledge is everything in a market that changes so quickly.

Real Estate does not need to be expensive or complicated. I make Real Estate Easy. I offer flexible commission rates and customized marketing strategies both designed to put more money in your pocket while keeping the whole experience simply and safe.

Community Involvement

It is my belief that as a REALTOR® and a business person in Saskatoon is it important to be involved and support the community in which you work. That is why over the years I have been involved with many charitable organizations, non-profit organizations and community sports teams.

1995 to Current: Since 1995 I have been involved with CENTURY 21 in raising money for Camp Easter Seals here is Saskatchewan. All money raised here in Saskatchewan, stays in Saskatchewan and goes to fund Camp Easter Seal in Watrous, Saskatchewan.   Every year money is raised through varies fundraising efforts which includes an annual Golf Tournament at the Willows G.C.C.

2006 to 2017: Little Hearts Family Group Inc. is a family support group for parent with children with acquired or congenital heart disease. I currently sit as a director of this group.

2013 to Current: Director for Columbus Bosco Homes.  A non-profit group that has partnered along side the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Division to provide "At Risk" children an opportunity to complete High School, the opportunity to develop the necessary skills to be a successful student, the opportunity to learn life skills and receive counseling, the opportunity to develop responsibility through gardening, care of animals, buildings and ground maintenance and all this is achieved through two classrooms with a ten to one student-teacher ratio.

Columbus Bosco Homes also operates a Family Support Group.  The Family Support Centres Program (Parent and Tot), in partnership with Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, is a free, ongoing program for parents and children aged 0 - 6 that encourages and supports parents as their child's first and most important teacher, emphasizes learning through family literacy and play, provides opportunities for parents to focus on positive parenting with "Parent Talk" and offers a means for families to meet others and build upon their community and capacity.
