Pricing Correctly!

Without a doubt, the most important part of selling a home is pricing it correctly. If a home is priced too low, the seller receives  a smaller than deserved net proceeds cheque. If a home is priced too high, it will not receive the attention needed to attract 100% of the buyer pool. The end result will be a low sales price.
