When asking for a well drilling cost or estimate you will be given a standard price, one for drilling and one for the cost of steel casing. We had a deal in jeopardy of not closing because of a septic tank not being properly located. Attempts were made by digging random holes around the yard and driving steel rods throughout the lawn in the area where we were told it was to be.
