Personal Background

"My interest in the real estate world was sparked when my parents took me to visit local show homes with them as a child." Flash-forward 20 years and Jay realized his dream of becoming a REALTOR® in 2008."

Since joining the real estate community, Jay has built a solid, respectable reputation, and has been fortunate to receive three awards for outstanding achievements from Century 21. “My favourite aspect of working with clients is to help them achieve their goals and dreams of becoming a home owner. There is no greater feeling in the world than showing up on possession day and letting my buyers into their new home. It’s quite an emotional experience.”  Jay’s goals as a REALTOR® are to help people get on the move with a great team of support.
 
Jay his a born and raised Edmontonian, growing up in the Southeast and Southwest parts of the city. He graduated from Saint John’s School of Alberta, and has been very involved with the school’s residence and outdoor education program (which has included life changing experiences like dogsledding, snowshoeing, canoeing, hiking and winter exploratory camping!). 
 
Jay considers himself lucky to be a part of the Edmonton community. He actively participates on committees with the Edmonton Real Estate Board, and spends his spare time working out, attending live music concerts, and checking out new restaurants in the city. Jay also enjoys time spent with his family. As one of six children, Jay has a big, but close family (he especially loves being Uncle Jay to his niece and nephews).
