Professional Background

Having been with Century 21 for over a dozen years and having sold and leased literally hundreds of properties of all types throughout the GTA and Southern Ontario, I have the research skills and negotiation techniques to assure you get value for your money.

Throughout my entire adult life, I have had to depend on my own abilities in order to make a living. I have in the past been a working partner in two well know toronto eating establishments as well as a gas station and convenience store.

If you give me the opportunity I will demonstrate the quality of my service and skills to your satisfaction.

Professional Interests

Residential resales are my primary focus. Over the years I have sold residential apartments, commercial storefronts, recreational property, small investment properties and have experience in commercial leasing.


Having grown up in the construction industry and with 16 years experience selling real estate I have a wealth of knowledge for you to draw on regarding the quality of construction and requirements for maintenance and repair.

As always, we recommend that before purchasing a home a full building inspection be done by a certified professional but my expertise could avoid the wasteful expense of unnecessary inspections. If I see a problem, I will point it out.

Personal Background

I am a Married dad of 2 beautiful children. My Wife Jenifer is a Stage Manager for the Canadian Opera Company. She is American and we spend many vacations with her family in Maryland and Texas.

Personal Interests

I am admittedly a foodie and I love to cook. I take on the task of all cooking duties at home and would love to share recipies and techniques.

We frequent the many city festivals, especially the many diverse cultural festival through the year.

I love an urban hike, visiting the many diverse city neighbourhoods or trying to negotiate the underground path.

Hiking along the shores of Toronto beaches or many river systems is another favorite activity of mine.

I love animals and especially dogs. At present my family shares our home with Pepper our poodle.

I am an avid reader. I love classic Sci Fi, espionage, legal and political fiction.


Community Involvement

I have in the past been head of fundraising for my son's elementary school and sat on the executive of the parent council for the school.

I recently joined the Board Of Directors of and act as chair of our Community Shabbat Dinner and Festival committee with Temple Kol Ami in Thornhill.


I have a BA in sociology from York University.                                                                         

Recently completed National Association of Green Agents and Brokers Home Energy Efficiency Course.
