Our current spring market is a sellers market under $300 000 where sellers who choose the right price will sell in a short period of time and may even get multiple offers. Above $300 000, buyers have more options. Personal Background
I was born in Stratford and raised on a 45 acre hobby farm near Shakespeare. If you're considering a move to the country, I've lived in both city and rural areas and can give you sound advice on what to expect.
Professional Interests
I'm the Commissioner for the Kitchener-Waterloo Oldtimers Slo Pitch League. The league is open to men 35+, is recreational and our goal is to have fun, exercise and socialize.
