The current market in K-W is a sellers market across most price ranges where sellers who choose the right price will sell in a short period of time and may even get multiple offers. At present, we have about a 3 month supply of homes on the market. Personal Background
I was born in Stratford and raised on a 45 acre hobby farm near Shakespeare. If you're considering a move to the country, I've lived in both city and rural areas and can give you sound advice on what to expect. Personal Interests

Professional Interests
I'm the past Commissioner for the Kitchener-Waterloo Oldtimers Slo Pitch League. The league is open to men 40+, is recreational and our goal is to have fun, exercise and socialize.
