"Your Saskatoon Real Estate Agent!"
Welcome to my website. If you are considering buying or selling Real Estate in Saskatoon, you've come to the right place! Real Estate is one of the most important investments a person will make in their life time. I have helped many buyers and sellers in their process of buying or selling their home, or investment property. Why use a Realtor for your Real Estate needs? Although Saskatoon Real Estate can be a great investment, an experienced Realtor can assist with providing evidence to support a purchase price, or assist with determining the value of a property in Saskatoon. I am a Realtor with CENTURY 21 Fusion, who is dedicated to delivering my clients the service they deserve with integrity and respect. So if you are planning to buy your first home in Saskatoon, or are interested in owning a revenue property, or perhaps you are ready to slow down and move into a condominium in Saskatoon or the surrounding area, call me today.
I want to share with you my goal for my clients. In today's world, people are busy! Full time job's, hustling to and from appointments, groceries, play dates, etc. Real Estate is MY FULL TIME JOB. I live, breathe, and drink Real Estate. I pride myself on being a Saskatoon Realtor that is respectful of your time, and considerate of your wants and needs. The quote "treat people as you would like to be treated" is a quote that I live by, and practice daily. Feel confident in knowing that when you, or a friend or family member is working with me, I will be sure to listen to you carefully, and fully demonstrate to you that we are on the same page, by taking excellent care of your Real Estate needs. Consideriing relocating to another city from Saskatoon? I can still be of assistance. I have many Real Estate connections in other cities that work very similar to myself. If you have experienced my service in the past, and would like to know you'll be taken care of in your future city you'll call home, call me today, and I will have an Associate contact you immediately.
I pride myself in being a Realtor that in the last 3 years, has derived 80% of my yearly business, from past clients and referrals from Saskatoon and area. This is an amazing statistic for me, as it shows me how much my clients appreciate the service I have provided for them. I am so happy to hear from my past clients, as many of them have become like family to me. I encourage all my past clients, friends and family to call me when they know of someone thinking of buying or selling. I would be happy to follow up, and take excellent care of them for you. If you are someone who is new to my way of business, I welcome you to call me, I would love to meet with you to discuss your Saskatoon Real Estate needs.
Over the years my personal interests have changed so much. I enjoy horseback riding (although time doesn't always allow for it), I enjoy reading a GREAT book (although it is usually a book someone recommends to me, as I am not great at picking out terrific books), and I love camping and spending time with my family.
I joined a book club recently with a past client and friend. We recently read "Christmas at Tiffany's", I personally recomend it!
I have always worked in the service industry. Starting as a hostess at a local Saskatoon Family Restaurant, I moved my way into management in just a short year. Managing a busy location in Saskatoon, I was then promoted to Operations Manager for Saskatchewan, overseeing a multi-million dollar company.
It was then that I realized that I have a strength in customer service and decided to start my own business in Real Estate....
As a mother, I have a soft spot in my heart for children. My Real Estate career has allowed me to donate money and time to various children charities, including the Easter Seals Foundation, Children's Miracle Network, and Children's Health & Hospital Foundation.
When I first started in Real Estate, I found I connected more with First time home owners. (I have to admit, this is typically my favorite group to work with)- so excited to find their "First Home"...
After a while, many of my "first time home owner clients" turned into "first home sellers"! It has been a very fun transition in my business, and everyday I feel I am evolving into different genres of Real Estate.
I have experience with selling Acreages, New Builds, Condo's (pre-built and occupied) and single family dwellings.
My personal life is a cherished life... I am SO fortunate to have a beautiful little girl named Lily Allen. She is an amazing toddler, and she surprises me everyday with the things she does and says. Its amazing how much we can learn from a being that is so little and in-experienced. She has taught me patience, to be thankful, and most importantly, manners. I have never been so aware of the simple basic rules of life, as I am now- such as- demonstrating curteousness (little ones tend to follow by example, so be careful what you do and say).
I am proud to announce! We have grown our family! Andrew Allen joined the world in early September of 2011. It sure is alot easier the 2nd time around.... we are very well prepared with this one. And LIly is sure enjoying being a big sister and takes her "job" very seriously.
I am so lucky to have an amazing husband, Ryan. Former Realtor, he knows what it takes to be a successful Realtor, and everyday, he shows his support for my career. Since our family has grown, Ryan is taking time off of work to parent our two children. He claims it is much harder then he thought it would be. Who would'a thought raising to children under the age of 3 would be hard? (I think he thought he'd get to stay home watching cartoons all day...)
I grew up in Saskatoon for the most part, but went to highschool in a small north west Saskatchewan town. But Saskatoon has always been my "main base", as I love the city, the people, and mostly the easy access to the beautiful lakes Saskatchewan has to offer. I am very proud of our city, and all the communities within. I have lived in various areas of the city, and my favourite being Riversdale. If you haven't been in those areas in a while, the next time you have some spare time, take a drive through the central areas of our city. Riversdale, Pleasant Hill, Caswell, Westmount, and take a good look. I promise you, you will be impressed. If there was ever a time to be proud of what our city has accomplished, it is now. The new developments, the City of Saskatoon grants to revitilize our neighbourhoods, and the pride of home ownership in some of the most beautiful homes Saskatoon has to offer. To date, there are still affordable homes available. Please contact me for further details.
