Customer Service? Hmm, what do we think when you hear a company mentioning that they offer amazing 'Customer Service'? If you are like me, I usually half-heartedly listen - do companies really understand what it means to offer 'service' to their customers or clients? This subject is dear to my heart, something that I take seriously when working with my clients. On that note, I am also a client or customer so love to talk about my personal experiences - hmm, this is where my asociates would say 'really, you like to talk??'
Ok, so I I write this blog as I sit in Applewood Chev Olds - my SUV decided that the windshield wipers needed to stop in the middle of a rainstorm yesterday....! This company really DOES understand client care. The minute you are greeted at the dealership (and squeezed in due to the importance of windshield wipers!) by the very friendly staff (hmm, is it the coffee?) to being informed about how the service staff will be handling your vehicle to being wined and dined with breakfast or lunch should your wait be longer than an hour, it's obvious that client care is paramount to how the Humberview Group operates their business! They should be as proud of their staff as I am ....now you'll see me driving around Oakville today, with my windshield wipers going, just because I can!
